Obtained his contractor’s license in 1986
Original company name: DelBiaggio Construction
Incorporated in 1991
Dennis felt that since DelBiaggio Construction was not just him anymore, but a group of individuals that all contributed to its success, He wanted to change the name to something other than his last name, settling on DCI Builders. Customer satisfaction has always been a priority. Honesty and integrity have been two positive components of the success of the company. Regardless of the circumstances, Dennis and his crew work diligently to give the customers what they want.

Susie DelBiaggio | CFO
Here since 1990, she has performed all of the various bookkeeping duties, set up the accounting and job tracking systems we have in place. Hoping for more time with family and hobbies, her daily tasks have been passed to Susie T and Kalynn. She is still actively involved in the company.

Byron Busick
Byron began work for DelBiaggio Construction in 1988. In the early 1990’s Byron obtained his contractor’s license and started his own successful company. He returned to DCI Builders in 2000 to run all of our large custom residential and various commercial projects. Byron’s attention to detail and follow through keeps his projects running smoothly and efficiently. Byron is well respected in the community, and well known for his projects.

Josh Smith
Josh has been with DCI Builders since 1990. With nineteen years of construction experience under his belt, Josh now works as one of our project supervisors, bidding and managing jobs. With attention to detail and a broad knowledge of concrete construction, he successfully runs our larger concrete projects and site work projects. Josh is also an experienced equipment operator.

Karl Merten | Project supervisor
Karl began work for DCI in 1992. Karl has learned the trade through hands on experience. He is experienced in concrete, commercial and residential work. He currently bids on, and manages, a variety of commercial and residential projects.

Susie Townsend
Susie was hired in December of 1991 to assist with bookkeeping duties. With the growth of DCI, came more paperwork, responsibilities and a bigger work load. Always ready for a challenge, Susie continues to maintain accurate bookkeeping and job records. If we’re ever looking for a file or information, she is our go to gal. She is responsible for all Accounts Receivable billings and tracking job costs, and working with supervisors on budgets.

Kalynn Dolcini
Kalynn grew up in Ferndale, and recently returned with her husband and two girls. We are happy to have her on board as Human Resource director and bookkeeper. A great can do attitude, Kalynn is a welcome addition to our office staff. Kalynn is responsible for the Accounts Payable and assisting Susie Townsend in tracking job costs.

Josh Cooney
Josh began work for DCI in 2002. With 6 years of concrete experience at DCI Builders, Josh now is running full crews on our concrete projects.

Bruce Davidson
Bruce came to work for DCI Builders in 2002. He has just taken over the decorative concrete division. With great people skills, Bruce works hard to give the customers a quality product. He has shown great success in his new role, just as he had done with the other concrete jobs he had run.

Matt Hartman
Matt came to work for DCI Builders in 1999. He successfully runs our large concrete projects, and always gives over 100 percent to every job he does. He instills a great work ethic in the crews he manages.

Rich Quigley
Rich brings a great deal of construction knowledge and experience to DCI Builders. He is able to work alone or run a crew. Rich is a valuable crew member.

Russ Campbell
Russ began work for DCI in 2001. He is our mechanic who keeps all equipment and tools in working order. Russ keeps everything maintained and operating.
